Aerial Inspirations will not share or sell any of your personal details/ information. We do need your full name and email address for booking, you will receive a confirmation email and reminder email. 
If you do not wish to give these details or disagree with any of the terms above unfortunately we will not be able to go further with the booking. This is the same for our shop, to receive shipping information we do need your name, address and contact information. We may email you to let you know when the product is shipped. 

SHIPPING

Unless Tracked option is selected, orders are not tracked.

Royal Mail expects all parcels to be delivered in the UK and EU in 3-5 Working days and 5-7 working days to everywhere else. 

Aerial Inspirations is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit, or packages that have not been collected/signed for and returned to us, until we receive the goods back. (If not using a tracked service, and your package does not arrive in the time given above please email aerial.inspirations.imogen@gmail.com (with your order number).

All Orders are processed and shipped out within 1-4 days, Next Day Delivery is not currently available. Orders must be placed before 2pm to be sent that day. Orders processed on Saturdays and Sundays will be shipped the next working day. (Monday, bank holiday depending)

  • - Orders are processed Monday - Friday, excluding bank holidays.

  • - Check your account/confirmation email for your tracking number.

  • - We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed by the carrier. (If not using a tracked service, and your package does not arrive in the time given above please email aerial.inspirations.imogen@gmail.com with your order number)

  • - Dispatch notifications and Tracking numbers are sent to the email of your paypal / email address given at checkout. Please check your spam folder for emails if you have not received them.

     

    We ship anywhere in the world, if you're concerned we don't ship to you drop us an email!

returns

If you don’t like your item(s) for any reason (it didn’t fit, imperfection), simply send it back to us within 14 days from purchase date. No returns on face masks. 

 

 

TERMS OF service

These terms and conditions will apply to all orders for the purchase of goods from the "AERIAL INSPIRATIONS" web site. By placing an order you are indicating your acceptance of these terms and conditions, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to make your purchase and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to these details as soon as possible. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Prices

All prices are as stated on the “AERIAL INSPIRATIONS" website, although “AERIAL INSPIRATIONS” reserves the right at any time to revise the price of goods without notice.

All intellectual property rights in the website including the logo, graphics, text and products are owned or have permission to be used by “AERIAL INSPIRATIONS”. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or display any part of this site or products without prior written permission.

 

Submissions

All information and material submitted by you to “AERIAL INSPIRATIONS”, or that you publish on any public area of the “AERIAL INSPIRATIONS” website shall be provided by the submitter and accepted by “AERIAL INSPIRATIONS” on a non-confidential basis. Furthermore, “AERIAL INSPIRATIONS” shall be granted permission to edit, copy, republish and distribute (for any purpose) submissions unless previously discussed with owner. Copyright remains the property of the owner, and may not be reproduced by third parties without prior written permission.

 

Warranties

AERIAL INSPIRATIONS is unable to provide any warranties in relation to goods provided over and above its statutory obligation to provide goods of satisfactory quality in accordance with the Sale of Goods Act 1979 as amended by the Supply of Good and Services Act 1994. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

 

Limited Liability

Except in relation to liability for death or personal injury AERIAL INSPIRATIONS’s liability for negligence shall be limited to the total value of the transaction. “AERIAL INSPIRATIONS” shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or special losses even if “AERIAL INSPIRATIONS” has previously been advised of the likelihood of such losses.
